Wholesale Policies - International
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Our payment and shipping terms vary by region. If you are a customer based in the United States, please see our USA wholesale policies here.
Minimum order: 1000€ - will include shipping, but buyer is responsible for any taxes and additional customs fees.
For orders under 1000€, the buyer will be responsible for both shipping charges and any additional customs fees.
Minimum order: $400 CAN
Orders over $1000 CAN - shipping costs included
Orders over $1500 CAN - shipping and customs fees included
ASIA + AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND
Minimum order: $1,000 - will include shipping, but buyer is responsible for any taxes and additional customs fees.
For orders under $1,000, the buyer will be responsible for both shipping charges and any additional customs fees.
CENTRAL + SOUTH AMERICA
Minimum order: $1000 USD - will include shipping and customs.
For orders under $1000 USD, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges and any additional customs fees.
Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. To place an international order, please reach out to our international sales manager.
We accept wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Please reach out to us via email if you would like to discuss payment terms.
LEAD TIME + INVOICING
All wholesale orders will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 4 weeks past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Brooklyn Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
We ship most international orders via DHL or UPS. We will discuss shipping method at the time of order.
Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.
We have tealight samples available for the cost of shipping. Please reach out to us if you are interested in receiving these samples.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
