Wholesale Policies

Please note these policies apply to this website only. Orders placed on Faire are beholden to different minimums, shipping costs, and return policies, etc.  

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Opening order minimum: $250
Reorder minimum: $250

Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. For orders placed on this website, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or PayPal at the time of checkout. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.

LEAD TIME + INVOICING

Average lead time is 2-3 weeks, subject to change depending on order volume and/or supply chain issues. If you need your order expedited ahead of our lead time, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price. Please reach out to see if your order can be expedited. 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Free shipping in the contiguous United States only for orders $1,000 and over.  We ship via UPS Ground.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other  US territories will see shipping rates at checkout. Shipping is based on weight.

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Brooklyn Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

We ship most international orders via UPS Worldwide. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Brooklyn Candle Studio has no control over delivery delays due to customs.

You may also pick up your order at our studio. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.

LATE FEES

Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.

 

SAMPLES

If you'd like to smell our scents, we are happy to provide tealight samples upon request—just let us know your shipping address and we can send along! We are not currently taking any in-studio appointments until further notice.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, replacements will be sent or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
