We spent months collaborating with perfumers on a scent that truly recreates and honors the deep, woody richness of the sacred Palo Santo (“holy wood”) tree native to Peru, Ecuador, and many Central and South American countries. Since the Incan era, the fragrant wood has been ritualistically burned to cleanse a space of bad energy, and the oil is said to have purifying and healing properties. Our rendition features calming top notes of cedar and mint, middle notes of cypress, and eucalyptus, and warm base notes of sandalwood and amber. This candle is infused with eucalyptus, peppermint, and cedarwood essential oils.

Inspired by an altar offering incense, herbs and sweet honey. Tobacco, leather, and rich black soil. A spicy saffron top note highlights a heart of elemi, incense, and moss over a rich base of cashmere wood, patchouli, birch, and olibanum.

Inspired by the scent of the California High Desert after the first rain of the season. Creosote, desert sage, and sun baked rocks. This is our olfactory love letter to the shiso leaf, the fragrant Japanese herb often used as garnish, but, in this case, is the star ingredient. A heart of wild shiso and vetiver grass is accentuated by top notes of yuzu zest and fresh peppercorn and grounded by earthy notes of forest moss and cinnamon bark for an energizing fragrance that is refreshing, herbaceous, and bright.

SMOKED VANILLA (SEASONAL): Fall Capsule
Crispy bits of charred sugar swirl with melty pillows of sweet vanilla bean. There's truly nothing like roasted marshmallows straight out of a backyard bonfire. Birch incense, charred cedar, and smoky guaiac wood contrast deliciously with notes of creamy vanilla bean and spiced suede.
