Wholesale Policies - International

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Our payment and shipping terms vary by region. If you are a customer based in the United States, please see our USA wholesale policies here.

EUROPE

Minimum order: 350€, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
For orders above 750€, shipping charges are offered.
Non-European Union members have duty fees at their expense.

CANADA

Minimum order: $400 CAD, shipping costs at your expense.
Orders over $1,000 CAD: shipping costs included.
Orders over $1,500 CAD: shipping and customs/duty fees included.

REST OF WORLD
Minimum order: $1,000 - will include shipping, but buyer is responsible for any taxes and additional customs fees.
For orders under $1,000, the buyer will be responsible for both shipping charges and any additional customs fees.

For all orders - Orders that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed. Credit cards are preferred. Please inquire about Paypal.

LEAD TIME

Unless otherwise indicated by our sales team:
Europe: orders will ship within 48-72 hours. Canada/Rest of World: orders will ship within 2-3 weeks.


SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Brooklyn Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

We ship international orders via UPS. We will discuss shipping method at the time of order.

LATE FEES

Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.

SAMPLES

We have tealight samples available for the cost of shipping. Please reach out to us if you are interested in receiving these samples.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
